Members Present Tom Cothard Chair, John Sornson and Barb Jacobson

Staff: Scott George Superintendent, John Rasmussen foreman and Dan Wietecha City Admin. Janice Krueger

Also present were: Eric Kostecki WPPI and Matt Gabota

Chairperson Cothard called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
Motion by Sornson 2nd by Jacobson to approve the March 28, 2007 Water & Light Minutes motion carried 3-0

Citizens concerns Eric and Matt spoke about a proposed Wind Farm in Union Twp.Eric about it and Matt against it.

Water/Sewer adjustments 1. Mike Anderson new lawn motion by Cothard 2nd by Sornson to approve carried 3-0 2.Shawn and Elise Constantini new lawn motion by Jacobson 2nd by Sornson to approve carried 3-0 3. Carrie Fiechter water heater motion by Jacobson 2nd by Sornson to deny carried 3-0 4. Scott and Erica Carlson outside faucet motion by Cothard 2nd by Sornson to deny carried 3-0

Follow up on stray voltage issue: Dan showed a letter from Mark Koep city Attn. He has sent to the Haddingers

There was some discussion on the budgets, no action was taken
Committee Report from Chair Cothard. Tom reported that the Standpipe is now on the Wisc Reg. of Hist. Places
Committee Report from Superintendent George. None
There was no other legal action to come before the committee
Motion to adjourn by Jacobson 2nd by Sornson at 7:30 P.M. Passed 3-0
